My husband was against getting a home inspection on a new home and I was unsure if it was necessary. Steven said it was still necessary, but usually with new construction he will not find huge problems. After finding a leaky sink, 2 outside water supplies not working, unlabeled electric panel, an unsecured toilet, live wires with no covering, and garbage disposal lines with no garbage disposal, we are so glad we had him come out. Very kind and thourough.
